Stag Site Property · A service of Stag Site Infrastructure

Your manager runs the stay. Stag helps protect and document the physical asset.
Cleaners, handymen, managers, and vendors each see part of the home — but no one maintains one consistent owner-side condition record.
Visible issues, deferred repairs, and quote-needed items become harder to track consistently as the portfolio grows.
Large repairs often surface only when something becomes urgent, guest-facing, or expensive.
Major work brings uneven scopes, access coordination, progress checks, and incomplete closeout records.
Portfolio operating model
A repeatable owner-side layer across every home you manage — from the property record through capital priorities, project support, and verification.
A consistent visual review and photo-supported baseline for each property.
Property-level action registers and portfolio-level capital priorities.
Scopes, vendor sourcing, bids, and apples-to-apples comparisons.
Owner-side visibility into larger projects across the portfolio.
Completion evidence, actual cost, and year-over-year condition changes.

They handle operations. We add the physical asset-management layer — without replacing day-to-day management.
The sample is built for consistent oversight across a portfolio — not merely one isolated second home.

FAQ
Clear scope. Useful decisions. Stag Site Property provides visual property oversight, documentation, vendor coordination, procurement support, and owner-side project support. It is not a licensed home inspection, engineering assessment, code inspection, guarantee that all defects will be discovered, or substitute for evaluation by qualified specialists. Stag is not a general contractor merely because it coordinates vendors. Final contractor selection and project authorization remain with the owner.
Stag does not perform repairs, sell contractor work, or accept contractor referral fees or other compensation connected to recommended work.
