Service engagements

Scope and limitations

Stag services provide visual documentation and planning support within the scope confirmed for an engagement. Unless expressly included through a qualified third party, services do not provide technical testing, engineering conclusions, structural evaluation, code certification, environmental or mold assessment, pest inspection, appraisal, insurance inspection, roof certification, life-safety certification, mechanical-system inspection, warranty, or a substitute for evaluation by an appropriately licensed specialist.

Conditions may be concealed, inaccessible, intermittent, or develop after a review. No visual review can identify every defect, prevent every failure, or guarantee future performance, costs, bookings, reviews, safety, or revenue.

Planning allowances and sample data

Cost ranges and capital allowances are preliminary planning tools based on observed conditions and available information. They are not bids, contractor quotations, appraisals, or guarantees of final cost. Actual scope, labor, materials, access, permitting, market conditions, and specialist findings may change project cost.
